Derrick Jack / Jack Fundamentals

Put your strengths
to work.

A shared language for what you do naturally well. A practical next step in the work in front of you.

A foundation in real work

Experience you can
build on.

I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and have worked with leaders and teams through Jack Fundamentals since 2015.

Two ways into the work

Bring a leadership question or a decision you want to approach more clearly.

Put a shared language for strengths to use in communication, collaboration, and everyday decisions.

Start with a general business inquiry. Ask about formats, availability, and fees before making plans.
